GUEST SOMM SATURDAY! We're excited to have John Boyes, WSET III Sommelier and Certified Champagne Specialist from SC Wine Bar @honeyandthistlehhi, pouring from behind our bar this afternoon, starting at 2pm! Come say hello and bring your thirst for wine knowledge (or just the wine) .. 

About Honey and Thistle HHI: "We’re Honey & Thistle—a cozy little wine and mead shop that feels more like your living room than a stuffy tasting room. We pour small-batch wines, meads, ciders, and beers exclusively from family-owned producers who have incredible stories (think fourth-generation beekeepers making mead in Michigan or a husband-and-wife team farming ancient vines in Portugal). Whether you’re brand-new to wine or you’ve got a cellar full, our tastings are relaxed, educational, and unpretentious—we just want you to discover something delicious you’ve never tried before.
