208 Wine Bar is available to accommodate private events and parties for up to 40 adults (all attendees must be 21+). We work with several local caterers and can coordinate an amazing and unique experience for you and your guests.

Tickets available here. Our Guided Wine Tasting Experience is meant to be a fun and educational introduction to tasting wine. As with everything at 208, our focus is more on the enjoyment than the memorization of facts about wine. During the two-hour guided tasting, you will experience seven wines from around the world, five of which are analyzed during the class. Our goal is to challenge your preset ideas about wine and help you get more fun and pleasure from your wine drinking. All Public Experience attendees will receive a 208 SipCoin (valued at $10, good for any in-house purchase) at the end of class. Gourmet charcuterie is included. Must be 21+ with valid ID. Please make any allergies or dietary restrictions known at time of booking. Ticket purchases are non-refundable. Applicable sales tax applied at checkout; gratuity not included. What a find! At the end of a long day of shopping what a treat this wine bar was. The atmosphere was perfect from decor to the service! We had the pleasure of conversing with the owner and learned so much about the area. An absolute must stop in Savannah!!
Fantastic spot for a wine lover to have a moment of pause. Excellent, diverse wine selection served in a charmingly decorated space, with a super nice staff! This shop would be a treasure anywhere, but especially in Savannah. Can't forget to mention the excellent views of the river! We enjoyed our afternoon sit immensely. A new favorite, to be sure!
I wish I could give more stars, because they deserve it. This wine bar is one of new favorite spots to go to in Savannah. Once you walk in, you feel welcomed and get great vibes. The staff is extremely knowledgeable on wine and can help you select the wine of your tasting instantly. Lastly, the wine selection is top notch and you can find unique great tasting wines.
LOVE LOVE LOVE. This WILL be a stop every time we're in Savannah! The hostess and the owner are phenomenal. It IS DOG FRIENDLY! You can't beat a good dog friendly place! With the menu and the service, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Definitely a great place to stop if you want a glass of good wine and a light snack. We stopped by twice during our stay in Savannah and had great service by the staff both times. They even helped us find some new wines we would not have tried otherwise that were quite resasonable. Would definitely would recommend to anyone wanting a glass of wine or to try something new!
